Refund Policy

We want you to walk away with the insights that help you on your path. Mayah gives grounded, no-fluff readings. She will not sugar-coat the reading or give fluffy answers. We are sometimes emotionally triggered by readings. If this happens to you, give it time – days, weeks, months. You may eventually see more truth in the situation through time. If you have purchased a service and HAVE used it, then you are not entitled to a refund. If you are unhappy with your service, please give it some time and consideration. Sometimes our ego is triggered and we don’t want to hear certain answers in a reading. Allowing time to pass can help clarify the situation. If after a month, you are still truly unhappy with the reading, you may send us a note about it in our Contact Form and we will discuss the issue.

If you have purchased a service and HAVE NOT used it, then you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as you make the request at least four hours before the appointment time.

After the initial 30 day period, you may be refunded for 20% of the amount for the next 30 days. After 60 days, there are no more refund options.

If you purchase a reading for someone as a gift, and you are concerned they won’t make an appointment within 30 days, just contact us and we’ll add a gifting extension for your giftee.

Once there are no more refund options, you can either: 1) use the purchase; 2) let it go; or, 3) give the purchase to someone as a gift! (See the Gifting page.)

If you are entitled to a return, please use our Contact Form and include:
1) name of person who purchased the service,
2) date of purchase,
3) confirmation number,
4) reason for return (optional).
5) We can only refund the original purchaser, if you’ve received the purchase as a gift, you can either: 1) get store credit (see amount deadlines above); 2) gift the purchase to another individual (see Gifting page); 3) let it go; or, 4) use the gift.
6) If you wish to receive store credit, please include your name and email.

Give the refund at least 7 days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our Contact Form.
